Agent OverMind Terms of Service

These terms cover the connected customer website and account surfaces. They do not override the separate contracts and usage policies of Claude, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Stripe, Firebase, or any other provider you choose to use.

The customer API requires the active policy versions and records acceptance in `policy_documents` and `legal_acceptances` before a website session is established.

Service boundary

Agent OverMind is a local-first operator control layer. The website account service adds identity, account, device, and release scaffolding, but it does not take ownership of your third-party provider subscriptions or model usage.

The product is offered as a Windows private beta. Free website accounts can open when the account service is connected. Paid purchase and signed installer delivery remain disabled until the launch gates are independently evidenced.

Access and acceptable use

You may not use the website or desktop surfaces to bypass provider controls, violate a third-party policy, probe another account, or obtain artifacts you are not entitled to download.

The operator may deny or revoke access when authentication, billing, release safety, or security evidence is incomplete or at risk.

Honest limitations

No warranty of uninterrupted service, signed installer availability, bug-bounty response time, support turnaround, or commercial availability is made by this beta draft.

If a route, form, or control is not connected to a monitored backend, it should fail closed rather than implying a hidden manual workflow exists.
