Beta Terms · Version 2026-07-22
These terms explain what the connected customer beta does and does not promise. They stay intentionally narrow while Track A, billing, signed delivery, and public support operations remain unfinished.

Connected-account ledger
Immutable acceptance trailThe customer API requires the active policy versions and records acceptance in `policy_documents` and `legal_acceptances` before a website session is established.
This website and desktop delivery path are still controlled beta surfaces. Access can be limited, paused, or revoked while the product owner verifies identity, billing, delivery, and support operations.
Windows is the only promised platform in this beta. Paid plans, public installer access, and live-money purchase actions remain unavailable until the launch gates are independently evidenced.
Pricing pages describe intended plan shape, not a live commerce offer. No purchase, entitlement, support SLA, or installer continuity is promised from this draft alone.
A polished page, mock account, or hidden button does not mean launch readiness. Track A hosted proof, operator secrets, and live-money rehearsal still block launch.
Beta participants should use the product with non-sensitive workloads unless the operator explicitly confirms the surrounding support and recovery paths are active.
The operator may suspend beta access to protect account integrity, release safety, or security posture. Provider subscriptions and model charges remain separate from Agent OverMind.
