Support

Support is not open yet for Windows developers using at least two providers or accounts and three concurrent sessions on real repositories. Agent OverMind is the local-first agent operations system for people who want to stop babysitting AI coding agents: work, credentials, and terminal history stay on the PC, while provider subscriptions and model costs remain separate. Harness and version compatibility is checked before support is claimed.

Track A plus operations

Track A hosted proof, a monitored inbox with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, support playbooks, and operator access controls still need evidence before public support can be claimed.

Account access, sign-in, and recovery
Billing questions after paid launch gates pass
Device activation, downloads, and signed release issues
Export, deletion, and legal-policy questions

Until those operations exist, do not treat this page as a promise of response time, staffed coverage, or launch readiness.
